Bridlington Contemporary Art Gallery will open its doors for the very first time on 1st January, coinciding with the first day of Hull UK City of Culture 2017. It’s inaugural exhibitions are ‘Garden of Signs’, in which Nigel Folds explores the history of human communication through symbols, and ‘Sea cloths and other pieces’, the textile works of Vivien Stamford.
