Coming Home

Nantgarw China Works Museum

NOW CLOSED

Established by William Billingsley in 1819, the Nantgarw China Works near Cardiff produced, for a brief time, some of the highest quality porcelain wares ever made in the United Kingdom. For the exhibition to celebrate this bicentenary, more than 60 items have been returned to the site of the factory, coming from a number of museums and private collections. Find out more from the Nantgarw China Works Museum’s website.
