Recent Portuguese Art in the Serralves Collection

Continuing with the Museum’s exhibition programme dedicated to the Serralves Collection, this exhibition showcases recent works by a selection of Portuguese artists in the Collection, and proposes a series of possible narratives for understanding key positions in contemporary art in Portugal from artists who began working in the 1960s to a younger generation of artists working today. The exhibition will include drawings, paintings, sculptures, films and photographs, and also a specially commissioned work by Pedro Cabrita Reis.
