From the ever changing past to the world of the present

A multi-part exhibition showcasing work from our New Zealand collection. The show explores history as a rich source of creative inspiration and how artists have navigated across different histories and engaged with the past in the present. The themes range from notions of time, the presence of biography, historical figures and records, moments of social collectivity as well division, mapping, navigation and arrivals.
