Women Artists from the Collection of Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo
This exhibition features 33 works by women artists of the last half-century from the collection of Patrizia Sandrette Re Rebaudengo, displayed alongside complementary items that have been selected from Touchstone Rochdale’s own art and social history collections. Together, the works offer a broad view of feminism and feminine identity throughout history, while also reflecting on the importance of Rochdale itself to the feminist movements of the past 50 years. Artists on show include Cindy Sherman, Barbara Kruger, Sherrie Levine, Sarah Lucas and Mona Hatoum. Find out more about ‘Herstory’ from Touchstone Rochdale’s website.
