Gallery: ‘Unseen’ at the Courtauld Gallery

12 January 2015

The Courtauld’s new Gilbert & Ildiko Butler Drawings Gallery is dedicated to works on paper, and its inaugural exhibition ‘Unseen’ seizes the opportunity to show drawings that are not usually on public display. Here are a few of the highlights, which range from the work of famous Old Masters such as Rubens, to beautiful sketches by little-known artists.

‘Unseen’ is at the Courtauld Gallery, London, from 15 January–29 March.
