Angela Westwater co-founded Sperone Westwater Fischer in 1975 with Gian Enzo Sperone and Konrad Fischer. The New York-based gallery is globally renowned for championing the work of European and American avant-garde artists, including Richard Long, Bruce Nauman, and Susan Rothenberg. In 2010, it moved into a much-heralded Foster + Partners designed building on the Bowery.
