Britain and the USA are the best known centres for Pop art, but a significant number of artists took up the style in the Federal Republic of Germany in the 1960s. This exhibition explores the German variant of the style, looking at how artists used Pop art’s techniques and aesthetics to examine the petty or oppressive banalities of everyday life in their country.
