In Jeremy Deller’s Venice Biennale exhibition ‘English Magic’, William Morris makes a star appearance as a dark-suited colossus, hurling Roman Abramovich’s yacht Luna into the lagoon. The William Morris Gallery is the first venue in the exhibition’s UK tour, before it travels to the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery (12 April–21 September 2014) and Turner Contemporary, Margate (11 October 2014–11 January 2015)
