Peter Trippi is editor-in-chief of Fine Art Connoisseur magazine (New York). In 2002 he published 'J.W. Waterhouse' (Phaidon) and he then co-curated (with Liz Prettejohn and Robert Upstone) the touring exhibition 'J.W. Waterhouse: The Modern Pre-Raphaelite' (2008–10). Recently he co-curated the touring exhibition 'Lawrence Alma-Tadema: At Home in Antiquity' (2016–17) with Liz Prettejohn and Ivo Blom.
