Drawing?

Drawing? is a programme of exhibitions and events across the North East, celebrating the role and importance of drawing in not only in the arts, but also in medicine, science and engineering.

mima is working with Teesside University, University of Sunderland, Northumbria University and Newcastle University to present exhibitions, events and learning opportunities that will explore what drawing is today. This programme presents contemporary drawing as a significant element in artistic expression. It will also explore the role drawing plays in all our lives.
