Isabelle Cornaro studied art history (specialising in 16th-century European Mannerism) and investigates its impact on our understanding of culture today. Her current solo exhibition is a collaboration between two venues: at Spike Island in Bristol she presents a series of tableaux exploring different ways of staging and seeing art (framing, cropping, and tracking space), while the South London Gallery hosts a large-scale installation and a series of short films.
