Bath and Beyond
Focusing on the 18 months that Wright spent in Bath between November 1775 and June 1777, this exhibition presents a succinct view of the artist’s life and work in that brief period. He settled in the spa city as a portraitist; the show includes key works such as his 1776 oil of Rev. Thomas Wilson and his adopted daughter.
