As the UK commemorates 200 years since the Battle of Waterloo, the Dulwich Picture Gallery looks at the work of one of post-Revolutionary France’s most exceptional artists. Pierre-Paul Prud’hon was a celebrated court artist to Napoleon and Joséphine Bonaparte. This exhibition of the artist’s work on paper concentrates on his extraordinary capacity as a draughtsman.
